La Cocina Digital is the entity that controls the file and that informs the users of its data protection policy to enable the users to decide voluntarily and freely if they wish to provide the data that may be requested from them. The personal data are collected, processed and stored for the purpose of order management and to send commercial information that may be of interest to the users. The data will be treated with secrecy and confidentiality, in accordance with the regulatory data protection requirements in force. The answers to the questions are optional and voluntary, unless the fields to be filled out are marked as mandatory with an asterisk. The failure to provide answers may prevent the order from being processed. In any case, the user warrants and is responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, validity and authenticity of the personal data provided. The user consents to the inclusion of the personal data provided by him in an automated file controlled by La Cocina Digital. Sending your personal data implies your unmistakeable consent to processing of these data by La Cocina Digital, directly or through the individuals or legal entities designated by La Cocina Digital to manage and process the data. Your are assumed to have voluntarily and legitimately accepted a legal relationship, the implementation, fulfilment and control of which necessarily imply, for technical reasons, the connection with files of third parties. If the transfer of your personal data or their insertion in advertisements, marketing material or any other activity is agreed upon, our users will be previously informed for the purpose of giving their consent. The consent to the processing of data may be revoked at any time by the user for a justified reason and without retroactive effect. The data subject may exercise his rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, as appropriate, by sending a written notice expressing such intention by e-mail to info@lacocinadigital.com, or by registered mail to the following postal address: calle Marceliano Santa María 12, 28036 Madrid.

In the event that any personal data should be included in the form with regard to a different individual than the individual placing the order, you undertake, prior to such inclusion, to inform the individual concerned of all the terms contained in this data protection information and confidentiality clause.
